The best foldable camping kitchen station is not necessarily the one with the most shelves, the biggest tabletop, or the longest list of accessories. For an outdoor brand, the harder question is whether the station can become a dependable product line.

Can it fit into a sensible carton? Can one person carry it from the vehicle to the campsite? Does the frame still feel stable when a full pot is sitting on one side? Can a retailer explain the difference between the base product and the accessories in one sentence? If a sink is shown in the photographs, is the sink actually included—or is it a separate bowl placed there for styling?

Those details decide whether a product earns repeat sales or becomes a return-heavy item with a large box and unclear instructions.

This 2027 shortlist is written for private-label outdoor brands, importers, distributors, RV and overland suppliers, and experienced campers who want to understand the product architecture before they buy. INTECAMP is placed at number one because its EC2.0 family is relevant to a factory-direct OEM/ODM and private-label discussion, with a base platform and separate cooking, BBQ, sink, storage, and preparation modules.

The other nine entries are valuable market references. Some are mature consumer brands. Some are camping-furniture specialists. Some are retail or own-brand product systems. Their inclusion does not mean that they are open OEM factories. Where no public OEM/ODM programme was found, that is stated directly.

Quick answer: the 2027 shortlist

Rank

Brand and representative product

Complete product system

Optional modules or scope

Public OEM/ODM status

1

INTECAMP EC2.0 platform

How to read this list

“Complete product system” does not automatically mean “includes a stove, sink, tank and running water.” In the camping-furniture market, it normally means that the station has its core frame, work surface and storage structure and can be used as sold for outdoor preparation and cooking with separately chosen equipment.

Term

Meaning in this article

What a private-label buyer should do

Complete product system

An off-the-shelf station or platform with its main structure and intended use defined

Confirm the full packing list, not only the lifestyle photographs

Optional module

A sink, burner, induction unit, BBQ insert, windshield, cooler, shelf or storage part that may be sold separately

Give each option its own SKU, weight, carton and compatibility statement

Standard supply

A finished branded product available through normal wholesale or retail channels

Do not assume the seller will change the logo, colour, drawings or packaging

Private label

A product sold under the buyer’s brand, with agreed branding and packaging

Confirm permitted brand use, artwork control, product liability and after-sales responsibility

OEM/ODM

A supplier relationship involving production to an agreed specification or adaptation of an existing design

Request written confirmation of engineering scope, sample approval and manufacturing responsibility

The list is therefore a sourcing and product-development guide, not a claim that all ten companies accept private-label orders. INTECAMP is ranked first for the B2B development use case. Other brands are included because their products show useful solutions to packaging, stability, storage, washing and campsite organisation.

How the ranking was decided

The ranking gives more weight to product-line value than to consumer brand awareness. The criteria are:

  • folding and packed-volume efficiency;

  • stability and heat-zone design;

  • usefulness of the storage architecture;

  • ability to add or remove functions without redesigning the whole product;

  • clarity of what is included and what is optional;

  • relevance to car camping, RV, overland and outdoor-retail channels;

  • repair, replacement and packaging considerations; and

  • whether a public path exists for OEM, ODM or private-label development.

This last criterion is not a judgement about brand quality. It is a commercial classification. A well-designed retail product can be an excellent benchmark and still not be available for private-label production.

1. INTECAMP EC2.0: the strongest platform for a private-label camping kitchen range

INTECAMP is number one because the buyer in this article is not simply looking for one folding table. The buyer is often trying to build a range: an entry-level station, a premium cooking bundle, a BBQ version, an induction version, a wash module, or an overland package with storage and vehicle use.

INTECAMP is a China-based manufacturer and B2B supplier serving outdoor brands, importers, distributors, wholesalers, RV and overland businesses, and private-label buyers. Its public product pages identify OEM, ODM, wholesale and private-label development as part of the commercial conversation. That is materially different from a retail brand that only offers a finished product through its own website or dealers.

The base platform: EC2.0-T

The EC2.0-T modular camping kitchen base unit is intentionally supplied without a fixed stove. That is not an unfinished product; it is a way to keep the platform adaptable for different markets.

The published configuration is built around a mobile 65 L storage box, two connectable side tables and a 360 × 250 mm IGT-format modular area. It folds into a compact box, uses a retractable handle and wheels for movement, and opens into a low 422 mm working layout. The height supports INTECAMP’s “sit-around cooking” concept: users can prepare food, talk and eat around the station instead of treating outdoor cooking as a standing service counter.

For a private-label brand, the stove-free base creates several possible retail positions:

  • a preparation and storage station for customers who already own a cooker;

  • a gas-cooking package using an approved market-specific burner;

  • an induction package for compatible power stations or powered campsites;

  • a BBQ package using a modular grill insert;

  • a wash-and-prep station for family or vehicle-based camping; or

  • a complete overland bundle with cooking, storage and accessory modules.

The final product should be described according to what the approved configuration actually contains. A stove-free base should never be advertised as including a cooker simply because a cooker appears in a demonstration photograph.

A true foldable module: EC2.0-MB

The EC2.0-MB foldable BBQ and worktop module shows another private-label advantage. It can work as a freestanding BBQ module, close into an independent worktop, or connect with compatible EC2.0-M configurations.

The published reference weighs 3.8 kg, opens to 450 × 350 × 420 mm and folds to a 30 mm profile. It is small enough to sell as a standalone vehicle-camping accessory, but it also creates an upgrade route for a customer who later buys a larger kitchen system.

That gives an outdoor brand more than one way to merchandise the same structure:

  • standalone foldable BBQ;

  • BBQ and low outdoor dining bundle;

  • EC2.0 kitchen expansion module;

  • induction-and-BBQ combination;

  • RV or 4WD accessory; or

  • branded modular cooking collection.

Sink and water scope: separate it clearly

The INTECAMP foldable camping sink module is deliberately modular. The public product description identifies a collapsible food-grade silicone basin inside a rigid frame, with an integrated stainless-steel hanging rail. It can be used independently on a suitable support, hung from a compatible structure, or connected to a compatible INTECAMP camping-kitchen system.

The standard basin module does not require power or fixed plumbing. That makes it useful as a low-complexity wash accessory, but it should not be marketed as a complete running-water station. A faucet, pump, fresh-water tank, grey-water tank, drain hose or electrical interface belongs in the confirmed quotation and packing list only when it is explicitly included.

This separation is commercially useful. A brand can sell a base station, then offer a sink module, a manual wash package, or a pumped water package at different price and weight points. It also keeps product pages honest.

Why private-label buyers should start here

INTECAMP’s EC2.0 family can be treated as a platform rather than one fixed retail item. The buyer can discuss the base structure, cooking method, sink, BBQ, table, storage, colours, packaging, branding and destination-market requirements as connected decisions.

The public OEM/ODM positioning does not mean that every combination is automatically a standard SKU. Final dimensions, materials, pump or electrical details, gas components, certifications, MOQ, lead time, warranty and included parts must be confirmed against the approved sample and quotation. That boundary is important—and it is also what makes the sourcing conversation credible.

Best for: outdoor brands building a differentiated camping-kitchen range, importers, RV and overland suppliers, and private-label buyers who need more than one product configuration.

Complete product system: yes, as a modular EC2.0 platform; the base may intentionally be stove-free.

Optional modules: gas, induction, BBQ, foldable sink, preparation, storage, table and vehicle-fit components, subject to approved configuration.

Public OEM/ODM status: clearly documented on current public product pages.

Main caveat: never turn configuration-dependent features into universal claims. Write the BOM before writing the marketing copy.

2. GCI Outdoor: mature flat-fold cook stations with a clear user story

GCI Outdoor has two useful reference products for private-label research: the Master Cook Station and the Slim-Fold Cook Station.

The Slim-Fold is a one-piece furniture station with a heat-resistant aluminium tabletop, four side tables, utensil hooks and a lower storage rack. GCI publishes an 18.9 lb item weight for the representative version and describes a flat-folding format for transport and storage. The Master version adds a collapsible sink with a drain, a lower rack and an adjustable lantern pole.

GCI solves the “where do we put everything?” problem better than a basic folding table. A stove can sit in the main cooking area, ingredients can move to the side tables, and utensils do not have to be left on the ground. The Master’s sink also makes the station photograph as a complete outdoor kitchen even though it does not present itself as a full pumped fresh/grey water system.

For a private-label buyer, the lesson is about conversion efficiency. One frame can carry several perceived functions without becoming a large cabinet. The lesson is also about expectation management: a collapsible sink with a drain is still different from a tank, pump, faucet and grey-water container.

GCI is a consumer product brand. Its official pages document the finished stations, features and specifications, but they do not establish a general OEM/ODM factory service for other brands. A buyer should approach it as a market and design benchmark or a normal brand-supply opportunity unless a separate commercial agreement says otherwise.

Best for: North American-style car camping, tailgating, family cooking and a fast-deploying flat-fold product reference.

Complete product system: yes, as folding cooking furniture; the stove and full water hardware are not the core system.

Optional modules: Master sink, cooler, stove, cookware and storage accessories vary by product and bundle.

Public OEM/ODM status: no general open programme identified in the reviewed public pages.

Main caveat: the design is a furniture station, not a private-label appliance-and-water platform.

3. Coleman Pack-Away: a strong mainstream benchmark for retail packaging

The Coleman Pack-Away Folding Camp Kitchen is a familiar format in mainstream outdoor retail. Coleman describes an aluminium frame that extends into position, a fibreboard countertop, a side table for many Coleman stoves and coolers, a lantern holder, hooks and a mesh shelf.

Its strength is not unusual modular engineering. Its strength is clarity. A customer can understand the product quickly: carry a compact frame, open it at camp, place a stove on the cooking side, and use the remaining surface for preparation and serving.

That simplicity is useful to private-label brands studying mass-market products. The station can sit in a general camping category rather than requiring a customer to understand RV plumbing, vehicle rails or a proprietary ecosystem. It also leaves room for accessories such as a branded windscreen, stove, wash bowl, utensil bag or soft storage organiser.

The limitation is that these additions are not automatically part of the base product. A photograph with a stove and food on the counter does not establish that the stove, cooler or basin ships with the station. A buyer copying the category should define a core SKU and make every bundle upgrade visible.

Coleman is a mainstream outdoor brand with a large consumer and retail presence. The public product page confirms the Pack-Away station, not a general private-label manufacturing service for competing brands. It should not be described as an OEM factory merely because it has a mature product range.

Best for: mass-market camping, retail channels, family car camping and brands seeking a familiar folding-kitchen format.

Complete product system: yes, as a folding camp-kitchen frame and worktop.

Optional modules: stove, cooler, wash bowl, wind protection and storage accessories are separate decisions.

Public OEM/ODM status: no public general OEM programme identified.

Main caveat: its value comes from straightforward deployment and brand familiarity, not from a documented private-label platform.

4. KingCamp BamAura CoreFlex PLUS: the feature-rich folding kitchen table

The KingCamp BamAura CoreFlex PLUS camping kitchen table is one of the more ambitious folding stations in this category. KingCamp describes a bamboo tabletop, aluminium-alloy support, adjustable shelf positions, a storage cabinet, food-sorting shelves, a BBQ table, a garbage basket, a side pocket and a mesh washing sink with a drainage outlet. The windshield is detachable and can also be used separately.

This is the kind of product that attracts attention in an online catalogue because it looks like more than a table. It offers an answer to preparation, cooking, sorting, washing and waste in one footprint. For a private-label brand, it is a useful reminder that perceived value often comes from small workflow details: where the rubbish goes, where the utensils hang, and whether a hot stove has a defined place.

The water wording needs restraint. The public listing describes a washing sink and drainage outlet, but it does not establish a complete pumped water package with a fresh tank, grey tank and faucet. A private-label version could be marketed as a sink-equipped cooking station, but it should not be called a self-contained water system without an approved tank and pump architecture.

KingCamp is an own-brand outdoor product collection. The public pages show the brand’s designs and retail products; they do not establish an open OEM/ODM factory offer to other brands. It is a strong product benchmark for feature density and merchandising, not automatic evidence of private-label supply.

Best for: feature-rich family camping, BBQ retail, and brands looking for a station with visible washing and storage functions.

Complete product system: yes, as a folding furniture station with a sink element.

Optional modules: water containers, pump, faucet, stove, BBQ hardware and branded accessory kits require separate specification.

Public OEM/ODM status: no general public OEM programme identified.

Main caveat: a drainage outlet is not the same as a managed grey-water system.

5. Brunner AZABACHE: a European camping-kitchen cabinet with a real removable sink

Brunner’s AZABACHE CTW SQUARE HWT is a useful European reference for buyers who prefer a structured camping cabinet over an open table frame.

The official product page describes an integrated, removable folding sink, two large storage compartments, an aluminium roll-top, height-adjustable legs, a wind and splash guard, and a carry bag. It lists a 90 cm working height, which puts the station in the familiar standing kitchen category used by many family campers and awning users.

The removable sink is the key detail. It gives the station a washing function without forcing the whole cabinet to contain a pump, tank or permanent drain. That keeps the architecture relatively simple and allows the same product to be packed away when the user wants to use the worktop for cooking or serving.

For product developers, Brunner illustrates a good compromise between a fabric storage cupboard and a fully integrated hard-sided kitchen. The wind and splash guard improves the cooking zone, while the roll-top surface keeps the packed product more manageable than a rigid cabinet.

Brunner is an own-brand camping-equipment supplier. The public product information establishes the AZABACHE product and its features, but not a general open OEM/ODM factory service. If a buyer wants to use a similar architecture under its own brand, the appropriate route is a separate development discussion with a manufacturer—not a claim that Brunner itself is automatically a private-label factory.

Best for: European camping, caravan awnings, family cooking and buyers who want a removable basin inside a structured cabinet.

Complete product system: yes, as a folding kitchen cabinet with a removable sink.

Optional modules: water containers, pump, faucet, stove, storage inserts and replacement sink parts depend on the exact supply package.

Public OEM/ODM status: no public general programme identified.

Main caveat: the public listing does not establish a full pressurised water system.

6. Outwell Padres: a practical family-camping kitchen without permanent plumbing

The Outwell Padres Storage Unit with Side Table is described by Outwell as a complete mobile kitchen. It combines a large bamboo worktop, an attached side table, a pull-out holder for a washing-up bowl, a two-shelf cupboard with mesh ventilation, organiser pockets, hooks and lidded waste bins. The whole unit folds into one carry bag.

The product is not trying to be a van galley. It is designed for the open campsite, caravan awning or family basecamp where the user wants the kitchen organised but does not want to install anything into the vehicle.

That distinction matters for private-label positioning. A station like Padres can be sold to a broad outdoor audience: tent campers, caravan users, picnic hosts, festival customers and backyard cooks. It can also be paired with an existing portable stove and a separate washing bowl. The buyer does not need to understand a fuel system or an RV water connection before purchasing.

For a brand, the accessory opportunity is clear. A compatible windscreen, branded wash bowl, cutlery organiser, rubbish-bag holder or storage insert can increase basket value without changing the core frame. The commercial risk is also clear: if the accessories are not shared across sizes, the catalogue quickly becomes difficult to explain.

Outwell is a European own-brand camping supplier. Its product page does not represent a public OEM/ODM factory programme. It is a useful benchmark for family-oriented merchandising and for the way a wash function can be included as a holder rather than built into the plumbing.

Best for: family camping, caravan awnings, organised basecamps and European outdoor retail.

Complete product system: yes, as mobile kitchen furniture with worktop, storage and washing-bowl support.

Optional modules: bowl, stove, windscreen, water containers, utensils and storage accessories are separate decisions.

Public OEM/ODM status: no public general programme identified.

Main caveat: it is a family campsite station, not a compact vehicle-integrated kitchen.

7. Camp Chef Sherpa: the organiser-table hybrid

The Camp Chef Sherpa Table & Organizer sits between a folding kitchen station and a soft storage system. Camp Chef describes a pull-out aluminium tabletop and four removable storage bags. One of the bags has a waterproof lining that can support use as a wash basin, giving the user a place to organise the kitchen and clean up without packing a separate tub.

This is a clever product category because it treats storage as part of the cooking experience. The table surface is only one part of the value. The removable bags help keep utensils, ingredients and small equipment together, and they can be lifted out when the user packs the vehicle.

For a private-label buyer, the Sherpa is a lesson in soft-goods integration. Fabric compartments reduce packed weight and can provide colour, branding and seasonal variation at relatively low tooling complexity. They also introduce a different quality-control checklist: zipper life, seam strength, lining cleanability, fabric odour, water leakage, abrasion and colour consistency.

It should not be described as a complete sink-and-water station. A waterproof-lined bag is a contained wash option; it is not a fresh-water tank, grey-water tank, pump or faucet. That language difference may seem small, but it affects customer expectations and product liability.

Camp Chef is a North American outdoor cooking brand. Its public site shows the Sherpa product and its intended use, not an open OEM/ODM service for other brands. It is a useful benchmark for a lighter, organiser-led product line.

Best for: outdoor cooking brands that want a storage-first product, soft-sided organisation and a lower-complexity wash option.

Complete product system: yes, as a table-and-organiser product.

Optional modules: stove, cookware, water containers and dedicated basin can be added by the retailer or buyer.

Public OEM/ODM status: no general public programme identified.

Main caveat: soft-lined washing storage is not equivalent to a plumbed water system.

8. Quechua S Camping Kitchen Unit: value, repairability and accessory logic

The Quechua S Camping Kitchen Unit is a strong benchmark for a value-oriented private-label range. Decathlon describes a 91 cm-high unit with a tabletop, three shelves, a zipped door, mesh pockets and a rubbish holder. It folds to 68 × 57 × 10 cm and weighs 7.8 kg according to the current UK product page.

The base unit is a folding steel-and-fabric cabinet, not a built-in appliance. Decathlon separately lists a compatible windshield and a 10 L sink with a double bottom that can slide onto the rubbish holder. That is exactly the kind of accessory architecture an outdoor brand can learn from: keep the core product affordable and broadly useful, then let the customer add wind protection or washing capacity.

The product page also includes repair references for the tabletop, shelves and repair patch. For a private-label buyer, that is a reminder that after-sales design should begin before launch. A replaceable shelf or tabletop may cost more to organise in the supply chain, but it can prevent a whole station from being discarded because one fabric panel or board is damaged.

Quechua is a Decathlon own-brand and retail channel, not a public OEM factory for other outdoor companies. Its value is the combination of compact packaging, clear accessory compatibility and a retail-friendly price architecture. A private-label brand can study that structure without implying a commercial relationship that has not been documented.

Best for: value retail, entry-level family camping, European distribution and accessory-led product lines.

Complete product system: yes, as a foldable kitchen cabinet with storage and work surface.

Optional modules: windscreen and 10 L sink are identified as compatible accessories; stove and water containers remain separate.

Public OEM/ODM status: Decathlon own-brand/retail product; no public OEM programme for other brands identified.

Main caveat: the product’s selling point is accessible organisation, not a hard-sided modular kitchen platform.

9. Bo-Camp cooking cabinets: a useful range rather than one fixed design

Bo-Camp’s cooking-cabinet category is worth including because it shows how a brand can build a family of related folding kitchen cabinets rather than rely on one universal station.

The public category includes products such as the Peyto kitchen island with sink and the Edith easy-to-fold cooking cabinet, along with other cooking units and cupboards. The Peyto listing is shown at 117 × 50 × 80 cm and includes a sink. The category also includes simpler storage-led cabinets where the buyer chooses the washing and cooking equipment separately.

This is a practical model for catalogue segmentation. A distributor can offer a larger sink-equipped kitchen for family or caravan use, a lighter cupboard for weekend camping, and a storage cabinet for customers who already have a cooker. The brand does not need to force every customer into the most expensive or largest product.

The trade-off is that category breadth can create specification confusion. “Bo-Camp cooking cabinet” does not describe one water system. The buyer must check the exact product name, sink inclusion, table size, shelf layout, packed dimensions and accessories for each SKU.

Bo-Camp is treated here as an own-brand European camping product range. The reviewed public category does not establish a general OEM/ODM factory programme. Its value for private-label research lies in range architecture and the separation between storage cabinets and sink-equipped cooking islands.

Best for: European caravan and camping retail, multiple cabinet sizes and buyers who need both sink and non-sink options.

Complete product system: product-specific; some cabinets are complete furniture units and some require separate cooking or washing equipment.

Optional modules: sink, stove, wash container, windscreen and storage accessories vary by model.

Public OEM/ODM status: no public general OEM programme identified.

Main caveat: the category is a product family, not a single universal specification.

10. CamPart Travel Toledo: suitcase folding with a strong storage proposition

The CamPart Travel Toledo outdoor kitchen is supplied through the Tristar product channel. The official page describes an aluminium frame, six storage compartments, adjustable legs, a 10.2 kg weight, an open size of 84 × 50 × 80 cm and a folded suitcase-style size of 85 × 51 × 11 cm.

The folding method is the main story. A station that folds like a suitcase is easy for a retail customer to understand and easy for a dealer to display. It also gives the product a clear packed-volume promise without needing a rigid transport case.

Toledo is a furniture-and-storage product rather than an integrated water kitchen. The public listing does not identify a pump, tank, faucet or sink package. That is not a weakness if the target customer already owns a stove and wants an organised base. It becomes a problem only when the product is photographed or described as an all-in-one kitchen without stating what the carton contains.

For private-label brands, the product is a reminder that a lower-feature station can still be commercially useful. There are customers who want shelves and a stable tabletop, not a complicated module with many parts. A clear entry SKU can be easier to sell than a feature-heavy product with more assembly and more opportunities for missing components.

CamPart Travel is treated here as a product brand/channel under Tristar. The public product page does not establish an open OEM/ODM factory service for other brands.

Best for: entry-level European camping, storage-led kitchen furniture and suitcase-style packaging.

Complete product system: yes, as a folding storage kitchen cabinet.

Optional modules: stove, windscreen, wash bowl and water containers are separate product decisions.

Public OEM/ODM status: no public general programme identified.

Main caveat: no integrated water system is identified on the public product page.

The five product architectures behind most foldable camping stations

The ten entries above look different, but they largely fall into five design families.

Architecture

Main advantage

Main risk

Best private-label position

Hard-sided modular box

Carries the kitchen while travelling and can unfold into a larger working layout

Higher tooling, weight and mechanical complexity

Differentiated premium system, RV/overland and modular range

One-piece flat-fold station

Fast setup, thin packed profile and simple retail explanation

Limited enclosed storage and usually no integrated water

Mainstream car-camping and tailgating

Folding cabinet with fabric compartments

Good storage-to-weight ratio and many colour/branding possibilities

Fabric, zippers and shelves need careful quality control

Value and family-camping range

Table plus organiser

Turns a table into a portable kitchen without a rigid cabinet

May feel incomplete if the customer expects a sink or stove

Lightweight cooking and storage bundle

Sink-equipped furniture station

Adds a visible washing function without permanent plumbing

Basin, drainage and cleaning claims can be misunderstood

Family, caravan and outdoor-event products

The right choice depends on the brand’s promise. If the promise is “open a kitchen in seconds,” a one-piece flat-fold station may be enough. If the promise is “carry, cook, wash and pack in one system,” a hard-sided modular platform deserves closer attention.

Why folding is not the same as portable

A station can fold flat and still be awkward to use.

The packed size must fit the customer’s vehicle, but the open size must also leave room for people to stand, sit, move around and place a cooler. A long side table may look generous in a product photograph and become a problem when it blocks the van’s tailgate. A low station may suit seated social cooking but feel uncomfortable for a customer expecting a standing kitchen.

Private-label buyers should review four dimensions together:

  1. Packed volume: Will it fit in a common SUV, RV compartment or shipping carton?

  2. Working height: Is the product meant for standing, sitting, or both?

  3. Open footprint: Does the station need a flat campsite or can the legs be adjusted on uneven ground?

  4. Carrying behaviour: Can one person carry it with one hand, a shoulder strap, a handle or wheels?

The answer should appear in the product page and in the instructions. “Portable” is not a sufficient specification.

A practical private-label SKU structure

Outdoor brands often make the first product line too complicated. They launch one large station with a stove, sink, windscreen, storage bags, table extensions and several adapters. The product looks impressive, but the carton becomes expensive and the customer does not know what is essential.

A more manageable range can start with one common platform and a small number of clear options:

SKU 1: base folding station

Include the frame, worktop, storage structure, carry solution and required assembly parts. Do not show a stove or sink in the core title unless it is included.

SKU 2: cooking package

Add a gas stove, induction module or stove platform only after the destination-market requirements are defined. Fuel and electrical details should belong to the approved configuration.

SKU 3: wash package

Offer a basin, removable sink, manual water container or complete pumped water kit as separate options. State whether there is a faucet, pump, fresh tank, grey tank and drain.

SKU 4: weather package

Add a windscreen, splash guard, rain cover or heat-protection insert. A windscreen can be an important selling feature even when no water or appliance is included.

SKU 5: storage and accessory package

Use shelves, fabric bags, cutlery organisers, a cooler insert, rubbish holder, hooks or a separate storage box to raise usefulness without redesigning the frame.

This structure lets the same product serve an outdoor retailer, a vanlife brand, a caravan dealer and a private-label importer. It also makes inventory and customer service easier.

How INTECAMP can support a modular private-label range

INTECAMP’s EC2.0 architecture is particularly relevant when a brand wants a visible step-up from ordinary fabric kitchen cabinets.

An illustrative product family could be organised as follows:

Product level

Possible INTECAMP reference

Commercial role

Base platform

EC2.0-T stove-free base

Storage, work surface, washing and modular cooking foundation

Gas configuration

EC2.0 gas kitchen configuration

Familiar outdoor cooking for markets that prefer gas, subject to local component and compliance review

Electric configuration

EC2.0-ME induction direction

Induction and portable power-station product line, with market-specific electrical requirements

BBQ extension

EC2.0-MB

Standalone BBQ, extra worktop or upgrade module

Washing accessory

Foldable camping sink module

Standalone sink SKU, add-on accessory or complete-kitchen bundle

Storage extension

45 L portable storage box

Food, cookware and accessory storage; can be sold within or outside the kitchen system

The purpose of this structure is not to make every buyer purchase every module. It is to give the brand a coherent story: start with the base, add cooking, add washing, add storage, and upgrade later.

The final bundle contents, dimensions, colours, material selections, packaging, water components, gas components, electrical configuration and compliance documents still need to be confirmed in the quotation. That is normal OEM/ODM practice, not a weakness.

Private-label RFQ checklist for a foldable kitchen station

An RFQ should contain enough information for the supplier to quote the product that will actually be sold.

Product and use

Do not use “OEM camping kitchen” as the entire RFQ. It describes the relationship, not the product.

Compliance and commercial diligence

A folding station made only from furniture materials is a different compliance case from a station supplied with a gas burner, induction appliance, power supply, battery interface or water-contact components.

For EU sales, the European Commission’s Low Voltage Directive information, EMC information, RoHS guidance and WEEE responsibilities may be relevant depending on the final product. CE marking is not a general quality badge; the applicable conformity route must match the actual SKU.

For the United States, buyers may request testing or listing from an OSHA-recognised Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory. The OSHA NRTL programme explains the certification role, but the appropriate standard depends on the appliance and use.

For Australia and New Zealand, confirm the relevant electrical-equipment and responsible-supplier obligations, including the applicable EESS/RCM pathway. The ERAC equipment-marking guidance is a useful starting point for electrical products.

For every market, avoid unsupported claims such as “globally certified,” “potable-water safe,” “food-safe” or “no certification required.” Ask for documents that match the exact model, components, labels and current bill of materials.

Frequently asked questions

What is a foldable camping kitchen station?

A foldable camping kitchen station is a portable outdoor furniture or modular kitchen unit that folds for transport and opens into a cooking, preparation or storage area. It may include a worktop, shelves, cabinets, windscreen, sink or organiser, but the included functions vary by product.

Does a foldable camping kitchen station include a stove?

Not always. Many stations are designed to support a customer-owned stove. Some products include a cooker or a dedicated cooking module, while others are intentionally stove-free. The product title and packing list should state the answer clearly.

Is a removable sink the same as a complete water system?

No. A removable basin may only provide a place to wash. A complete water system normally requires a fresh-water source, grey-water collection, faucet or tap, pump if running water is desired, drain routing and service instructions.

Which brand in this list is the clearest OEM choice?

INTECAMP is the clearest public OEM/ODM and private-label choice in this comparison. Its current product pages discuss wholesale, OEM/ODM, branding, packaging, market-specific configurations and modular product development. The other brands should be treated as own-brand systems, product benchmarks, retail channels or conversion suppliers unless they confirm a separate OEM arrangement in writing.

Can a foldable camping kitchen be used with an RV or campervan?

Yes, especially for car camping, awning cooking, tailgating and outdoor use beside an RV or van. However, most folding stations are not automatically vehicle-mounted. Check the packed dimensions, payload, floor space, retention method and whether the customer wants to cook inside or outside the vehicle.

Should a private-label brand launch one complete station or several modules?

For most new ranges, one strong base station with clearly defined cooking, washing, windscreen and storage options is easier to explain and manage than one overloaded “everything included” product. A modular platform such as EC2.0 can support several price points without creating a completely new structure for every SKU.

What is the most important packaging check?

Measure the folded product, accessories and protective materials together. A station may have an attractive folded frame but require a much larger carton once the shelves, windscreen, carry bag and hardware are packed. Confirm gross weight, carton cube, stacking method and whether the product can be handled by one person.

Are all brands in a Top 10 list manufacturers?

No. A Top 10 list can include manufacturers, own-brand product companies, retailers, distributors, vehicle upfitters and market references. Manufacturing origin and public OEM capability must be checked separately. In this article, only INTECAMP is identified as having publicly documented OEM/ODM and private-label capability based on the reviewed public information.
